Young Corporate Malaysians (YCM) was established in January 2008 by a group of young professionals based in Kuala Lumpur. The objective of the YCM is to build a network of young professionals through various informative and social events beneficial to its members.

YCM is targeted at young professionals of the age of 21 to 20 years.

However, YCM membership is open to all interested members of the public of all ages. Best of all, membership of YCM is free.

About the Speaker:

Gary Kimovich Kasparov is a former Chess Grandmaster, ranked as top player for 225 out 228 months that he was active as a chess player. He was the youngest ever undisputed world chess champion in 1985 at the age of 22. He won a chess game against the world team which comprises of 50,000 people from more than 75 countries.

Now, he is on the board of the human right foundation and contributing editor of Wall Street Journal. He is also a frequent contributor to the New York Times, Financial Times and various other publications.
|
|
In 2007, he was named as one of the “100 Living Geniuses”. He was also included in Time’s 100 Most Influential People list.
